1. Digital Courses and Online Programs

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, all sales of online courses, digital downloads, recorded sessions, e-books, and educational resources are generally final and non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
You were unable to access the purchased course due to a verified technical issue on our end that could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
A course or program was cancelled by Spiritual Academy.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

2. Live Workshops, Events, and Training Sessions

For live online or in-person workshops, seminars, and training sessions:

Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future program.
Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
If Spiritual Academy cancels or reschedules an event, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future session.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are offered through our website, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

Downloadable digital products
Completed consultation or coaching sessions
Membership fees already utilized
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Services that have already been delivered in full

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

If you experience any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
