For digital products purchased
For purchases of digital products: After a successful payment, course materials and evaluations are instantly accessible through our website or mobile app.
For purchases of tangible goods
Your product, such as printed course materials or a certificate, will be shipped to you via the delivery option you have chosen. Delivery schedules can change based on the supplier. Payment Options
Services may be paid for in full up front or over the course of a six-month payment plan.
Payment Plans
When a student selects the payment plan option, The Spiritual Academy will require a one-time deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining money will be deducted over the course of six months in equal, fixed installments.
Until the end of the plan, payments will be automatically collected each month.
General Terms
We shall attempt payment up to three times in the event that your card expires or if the transaction is not authorized. Your course will be placed “On Hold” in your Learning Center after the third failure, and it won’t be available again until the payment problem is fixed. All of your course progress is preserved. As soon as you start making payments again from your account, your course will be released from suspension.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend the Terms at any time. Any changes we make to the Terms will take effect right away after we post them. We will make a good faith effort to notify you of any significant changes to the Terms, whether by means of an email notification, a banner on the website, another mechanism, or a combination of methods. Your continuing use of the Services following the publication of such modifications, whether or whether you are notified of them, is always indicative of your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
All other provisions of these Terms will remain enforceable even in the event that a specific provision is found to be unenforceable.
